Scarce Union Pose by Roseberry of Alexandria VA of Union Clerks and Capt Clark Camped out on the Grounds of White House VA, owned by Mrs Rooney Lee, General Robert E Lee's Son.  This would have been sometimes during the Virginia campaigns when the Union occupied this portion of Virginia.
